The quality of a flooring installation is determined almost entirely by what happens before the first plank or tile goes down. Subfloor levelness, moisture content, structural integrity, and acclimation conditions all affect how the finished floor performs over time. Our crew addresses all of these factors on every project, which is why the floors we install last.
We install LVP, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, hardwood, and laminate across Polk County and South Florida. We also offer targeted repair services for homeowners dealing with damaged, warped, or outdated flooring who do not want to replace an entire floor when only part of it is affected. Our flooring showroom at 5259 Florida Ave S in Lakeland is open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM, for consultations and sample comparisons. We handle the complete installation of new flooring in any room or throughout your entire home. This includes removing existing flooring, addressing subfloor issues, installing the new material, fitting transitions, and completing a final walkthrough with you. We install LVP, porcelain and ceramic tile, engineered and solid hardwood, and laminate.
Schedule Installation EstimateWhen damage is isolated to a section of the floor, full replacement is often unnecessary. We repair or replace individual planks, tiles, or sections of flooring to match the existing material wherever possible. This service covers water damage, cracked or chipped tile, lifted planks, squeaking subfloor sections, and damaged transitions. Contact us with photos of the damage for an initial assessment.
