Bartow is the county seat of Polk County, and many of its established neighborhoods include homes with kitchens and bathrooms that are ready for a countertop or flooring upgrade. We serve Bartow homeowners through both of our Polk County showrooms — countertops and cabinets out of Auburndale, flooring out of Lakeland.
Our on-site estimate process begins with a visit to your Bartow home. For countertop projects, we measure your existing countertop footprint and template the exact dimensions needed for fabrication. For flooring, we inspect the subfloor, check moisture levels, and measure each room accurately. Both visits are free and create no obligation to proceed.
Bartow is approximately 20 miles from our Auburndale showroom and 15 miles from our Lakeland showroom, making both locations a reasonable trip for homeowners who want to view materials in person before committing. We strongly recommend visiting in person for natural stone selections — granite and marble vary significantly slab to slab, and photographs do not capture the actual variation. Both Polk County showrooms cover the Bartow service area. Countertops and cabinets are handled through Auburndale. Flooring is handled through Lakeland. One team coordinates both if your project spans multiple categories.

All countertop and flooring materials below are available to Bartow homeowners through our two Polk County showrooms. Countertop materials are selected and fabricated at our Auburndale location. Flooring materials are selected and installed through our Lakeland team. Both showrooms are open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 4PM.
Granite: Natural stone with unique character per slab. Requires annual sealing — we do it at installation and advise on the maintenance schedule. Sourced through Preferred Marble & Granite and The Granite Place.
Quartz: Engineered stone that requires no sealing. Stain resistant, consistent in color and pattern, and the most popular countertop material we install in Polk County. Brands: Pental Quartz, Spectrum Quartz, MSI.
Marble: Premium natural stone with distinctive veining. Best suited to bathrooms and lower-use surfaces. Requires more active care than granite or quartz. Sourced through ST Stones.
Porcelain Slab: The only countertop material fully suited to Florida outdoor kitchens and covered lanais. UV stable — does not yellow in direct sun the way quartz does. Supplied through Quantum Quartz (Porcelain).
LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank): Waterproof core options make LVP the most practical choice for Florida kitchens, bathrooms, and high-humidity living areas. Brands: Anthology, DDC Flooring Western Quartz, Everlife by MSI, Masters, Bold Surfaces, Harmony Stone, Ribada.
Porcelain Tile: Bathrooms, laundry rooms, lanais, and high-moisture areas. Brands: Alpha Tile & Stone, Keystone, ST Stones Radians.
Ceramic Tile: Bathrooms, utility rooms, and mudrooms. A cost-effective option for lower-traffic rooms. Brands: Elysium, Everlife, MSI.
Hardwood: Engineered wood is recommended for most Florida homes. Installed in climate-controlled rooms only. Brands: Parkay Floors, Everlife by MSI.
Laminate: Budget-friendly wood-look flooring for dry rooms. Best for bedrooms, offices, and rental property renovations. Not recommended for wet areas in Florida homes.
