The Auburndale location is not just a showroom. It is where our fabrication shop operates. Every granite, quartz, marble, and porcelain countertop we sell is cut, edged, and finished in-house at 1057 US Highway 92 W before it is delivered and installed at your home. Our fabrication equipment, our fabrication crew, and our quality control all sit on this property.
This matters because it directly affects the quality of what you receive. When the team that sold you the stone is the same team that fabricates it, there is no handoff between a sales company and a third-party fabricator. Edge profiles, seam placement, cutout dimensions, and surface finish are all managed by the same people who discussed the design with you at the showroom. Errors that fall through the cracks between separate companies do not happen here.
The showroom carries full slab samples from our granite, quartz, marble, and porcelain suppliers, cabinet door profiles and finish samples from KCD and Tribeca, and edge profile samples so you can feel the physical difference between an eased, beveled, ogee, or bullnose edge before you choose. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday during business hours.

Most countertop companies are primarily sales and installation operations. They bring in slabs, take your order, and send the raw material to a third-party fabricator. The fabricator cuts it to a template and ships it back. The installation crew delivers and sets it.
Three separate companies touch your countertop between your showroom visit and installation day. That is three separate points where communication fails, tolerances slip, and accountability disappears.
At J&A Stone, one company handles all of it. The team at this Auburndale location runs the showroom, runs the fabrication shop, and runs the installation crew. If there is a question about edge profile, seam placement, or cutout sizing, the answer comes from the same shop that is doing the cutting. If there is a problem, one company owns it.
This also affects turnaround time. Because fabrication happens here rather than being sent out and returned, we have more direct control over the production schedule. Most projects move from template to installation-ready in 5 to 7 business days at the fabrication stage.
