About Our Remodels
Most kitchen and bathroom remodels come down to four surfaces: countertops, cabinets, tile, and flooring. We supply and install all four, and because the same crew handles each one, the seams, transitions, and finishes line up the way they should.
In most renovations the company that sells the materials is not the company that fabricates them, and neither is the company that installs them. Every handoff is a chance for an error that nobody owns. We have run our own cutting and finishing equipment since 2018, so the team that templates your room is directly connected to the team that cuts and installs it.
We keep every worksite tidy and on schedule. Before we leave, we walk every surface with you, review the care your specific materials need, and confirm you are satisfied. If something needs attention, we handle it on the spot. The project is not finished until you say it is. J&A Stone Designs is family owned, licensed, and insured.

Kitchen Remodeling ›Vanity tops, shower and tub surrounds, wall and floor tile, and waterproof flooring, selected for the moisture and daily wear a bathroom takes.
Bathroom Remodeling ›The same materials and the same crew handle projects beyond the kitchen and bath. If your renovation involves a surface we fabricate or install, we can take it on: laundry and mudroom counters, wet bars and butler pantries, outdoor kitchens and lanais, fireplace and feature-wall surrounds, office and built-in cabinetry, and commercial or contractor projects.
For outdoor kitchens and lanais, surface choice matters in the Florida sun. Quartz contains polymer resins that are not UV stable and will yellow in direct sunlight, so porcelain slab or granite is the right call outdoors. Tell us what you are planning and we will confirm the best material before any work begins.

What to Expect
A surface-focused remodel commonly runs two to four weeks. Here is what happens at every step so there are no surprises.
Compare countertop slabs, cabinet doors, tile, and flooring in person. Most first visits take 45 to 60 minutes.
We visit your home to measure, assess existing conditions, and provide a written quote with no obligation.
You approve every material. For natural stone you view the actual slab. We template on-site once cabinets are set.
Your stone is cut, edged, and finished in our own shop. Fabrication typically runs 5 to 7 business days.
One crew installs countertops, cabinets, tile, and flooring in the right sequence and reconnects plumbing.
We review every surface with you, confirm satisfaction, and hand off care guidance specific to your materials.
