Cabinet Installation

Semi-custom cabinetry coordinated with your countertop and flooring selection. KCD and Tribeca cabinet lines, professional installation, and one team handling the kitchen from cabinet box to finished countertop edge.

Kitchen renovations often stall because cabinets and countertops come from vendors who don't coordinate. We carry both lines so cabinets and countertops are specified, ordered and scheduled together. Door samples sit next to the slab samples, and one project lead runs the sequence: cabinet boxes set, countertops templated against the finished cabinet line, then both installed in the correct order.

KCD and Tribeca are semi-custom lines, with real flexibility on size, door profile, drawer configuration and finish, without the cost and lead time of fully custom shop-built cabinets. For unusual dimensions or design requirements, we coordinate fully custom builds with local trade partners on request.

Why cabinets

What to know before you choose

Shaker

Flat center panel with a simple rectangular frame. The most-installed profile today, at home in modern, transitional and traditional kitchens.

Flat panel

A single flat slab with no detailing. The cleanest modern profile, suited to handle-free or slim edge pulls.

Raised panel

A raised center panel with decorative routing. Traditional and formal, and a natural match for ogee or bullnose countertop edges.

Inset

The door sits flush within the cabinet frame. The most labor-intensive construction and the most expensive profile.

Bathroom vanities

Vanity cabinetry coordinated with the vanity top and backsplash tile in the same showroom visit.

How it works

From selection to installation

  1. Demo and subfloor prep

Remove existing cabinets, countertops and flooring, then inspect and prep the subfloor.

  2. Cabinet install

Cabinet boxes are set first, plumbing rough-in is coordinated and finished faces are protected from later trade work.

  3. Countertop template

Digital templating happens after cabinets are set, capturing real cabinet placement and wall variation.

  4. Flooring install

Flooring goes in after templating and before final countertop install, run up to the cabinet base.

  5. Countertop install

Countertops are installed, plumbing reconnected and the project walked with you. A full kitchen typically takes 4 to 8 weeks.

FAQ

Cabinets: common questions

What cabinet styles do you offer?

Shaker, flat panel, raised panel and inset door profiles through the KCD and Tribeca cabinet lines. You can compare all of them as physical door samples at our showroom.

What is the difference between KCD and Tribeca?

Both are semi-custom lines with overlapping door profiles and finish options. We carry physical samples of both and can quote both so you can compare side by side. Most kitchens work well with either.

Do you handle bathroom vanity cabinets?

Yes. Vanity cabinetry is a regular part of our work, and we coordinate the vanity cabinet with the countertop surface and backsplash tile in the same visit.

Do you sell cabinets without countertop or flooring work?

Yes. Cabinet-only projects are welcome. Many clients start with cabinets and add countertops or flooring later. The advantage of using us for several trades is coordination, but cabinet-only orders are handled the same way.

Can I coordinate cabinets and countertops in the same appointment?

Yes, and we recommend it. Selecting both together gives a more cohesive result and simplifies measurements and installation timing.

What is the typical lead time for cabinets?

Standard semi-custom cabinets typically take 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation to delivery. Fully custom orders or unusual finishes can run 8 to 12 weeks. We give you a specific timeline at the estimate visit.

How long does cabinet installation take?

Most residential kitchen cabinet installations take one to three days once materials are ready. We provide a specific schedule at the planning stage.
