We have fabricated countertops in-house since 2018, so your countertop is cut to your kitchen's exact dimensions, not approximated.
For a full kitchen, cabinets go in first, countertop templating follows once they are set, then fabrication and installation, with flooring scheduled in the right order around both. Both teams are part of the same company, so one schedule covers the whole job.

Not necessarily. We visit your Lakeland home for the free estimate, and both showrooms are open Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM. For granite and marble, which vary slab to slab, we recommend viewing actual slabs at our Auburndale fabrication location under real lighting, since photos do not represent natural stone accurately.
Most Lakeland countertop projects take two to four weeks from the estimate visit to completed installation. That covers material selection, templating at your home, in-house fabrication at our Auburndale shop and scheduling the install crew. We give you a specific timeline at the estimate.

Porcelain slab. It is UV stable, so it will not discolor in sun the way quartz does, and it is non-porous, heat resistant and needs no sealing. Granite also works outdoors with regular sealing. Quartz should not be used outdoors in Florida because of UV yellowing.
